Leading the charge are protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, a crime-driven duo reminiscent of Bonnie and Clyde. Jason, a former soldier now entangled with drug dealers in the Keys, contrasts with Lucia, a recent inmate of Leonida Penitentiary. But the story stretches far beyond this central pair.
Rockstar introduces Cal Hampton, a reclusive conspiracy theorist and Jason’s friend, who prefers eavesdropping on Coast Guard chatter from the safety of his home, beer in hand. Then there’s Boobie Ikes, a former street hustler turned Vice City mogul, with his hands in real estate, strip clubs, and music production. Teaming up with Ikes is Dre’Quan Priest, a young artist with a hustler’s edge and dreams of dominating the Vice City music scene.
